My practice offers a holistic approach to emotional health and well-being.  Our work together focuses on skill building techniques for self-empowerment and self-determination. This includes not only alleviating current symptoms but providing you with tools to develop and maintain a healthy lifestyle that will benefit you beyond sessions.

 

I truly believe freedom and control of one’s emotional and physical health comes from within and is expressed through daily thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

I have always been enthusiastic about living a healthy lifestyle. I adore the healing power of a regular hot yoga sweat session and I’m passionate about plant-based nutrition for human health, animal welfare, and environmental sustainability.

I’m a Certified Lifestyle Medicine Professional through the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Massachusetts. I'm also certified in Plant-Based Nutrition through T. Collin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies at Cornell University and a Food For Life instructor through Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine.
