I'm a Life Coach, Therapist, and Nutrition Educator. I help motivated and driven people just like you create easy strategies to master habit change, transcend limiting beliefs and overcome patterns that keep you playing small.

Through coaching, support, and strategy we will craft a blueprint  of practical and sustainable habits for a life that inspires  and elevates you to new possibilities. I specialize in making personal growth and health changes a fun, manageable, and successful process.

I like results and I like fun, in that order.


I spent over a decade working as a licensed therapist specializing in holistic approaches to behavior modification and mental health treatment. I have worked with a broad range of clients in various environments from high risk clients in secured facilities to a private practice in Boston's Back Bay and I have always utilized coaching and skill building techniques for client self-empowerment and self-determination.

I rebelled against the standard medical model that every uncomfortable emotional or physical feeling must be treated with a diagnosis and medication.  

I truly believe that freedom and control of one’s emotional and physical health comes from within and is expressed through daily thoughts, feelings, and actions. Lifestyle choices matter!

I have always been enthusiastic about living a healthy lifestyle. I adore the healing power of a regular hot yoga sweat session and I’m passionate about plant-based nutrition for human health, animal welfare, and environmental sustainability.

I'm certified in Plant-Based Nutrition through T. Collin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies at Cornell University, a professional Plant-Based certification through Rouxbe Cooking School, and a Food For Life instructor through Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine.


I’m also a cat mom, minimalist and reformed type A.

I still love to-do lists, organization and strategic planning. But I found that the magic happens when I combine my type A side with my mindful type B side that loves calm, fun and creativity.

This translates to easy changes for my clients, and easy is good!


As a Life Coach,

I  have combined my evidence-based clinical skills with coaching and mindfulness tools for a holistic whole person centered approach to help highly motivated people like you create long lasting lifestyle changes in the areas of personal growth and health.

Unlike therapy, we’ll focus on the future and life design. Life coaching empowers you to make your own decisions and develop self trust. And when the past and present collide, I’m able to offer a mix of guidance, tools for self reflection and a strategy to reframe the situation going forward.
