I am a reformed type A, but I still love organizing and planning! Now I consider my self to be mindfully type A.

I found that magic happens when I combined my type A side that loves to-do lists, organization, and strategic planning for goal achievement with my mindful type B side that loves calm, fun, and creativity. Getting results has never been so enjoyable and efficient!

I have always been passionate about living a healthy lifestyle. As a former personal trainer and group fitness instructor I adore the healing power of a regular sweat session. I'm also certified in Plant Based Nutrition from T. Collins Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies eCornell.
but I have to come clean with you, I'm also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
I worked as a LICSW for over a decade specializing in holistic approaches to behavior modification. I have worked with a broad range of clients in various environments from high risk clients in secured facilities to a private practice in Boston's Back Bay and I have always utilized coaching and skill building techniques for client self-empowerment and self-determination.
There's a difference between therapy & coaching
As a Clinical Social Worker I rebelled against the standard medical model that every uncomfortable emotional or physical feeling must be treated with a diagnosis and medication.
I truly believe that freedom and control of one’s emotional and physical health comes from within and is expressed through daily thoughts, feelings, and actions. Lifestyle choices matter!
